In their handling of numerous clients, Keyframe finds that they, as many others in the business, are currently facing a period of evolution that is transforming the advertising industry in the Philippines. To survive, it has had to adapt quickly to the fast-changing environment of this ever-changing industry.
The company addresses this by remaining relevant through innovation and the introduction of new revenue streams, as well as via the renovation and/or the improvement of existing processes and systems that define the way a creative and production company operates.

With their one-stop company business model, Keyframe believes that they are more able to respond quickly and more efficiently to the changes in the industry, and thus are better able to meet the expectations of their existing and potential clients, no matter which branch of industry they may be from.

At the heart of their model is also their flexible process system, which allows for seamless collaboration among all disciplines to happen in every client brief they tackle, allowing them to identify and address any issues that may occur in the most efficient manner possible.
To keep their finger on the pulse of what’s happening in society, and to better understand market demands, they are actively involved and hold positions in local advertising organisations so they are constantly in the loop regarding the evolving needs of clients and their brands. Confident of their processes and longevity in the market, Keyframe sees itself having increased presence in other markets in the region within the next ten years and replicating its business model into other Asean countries.

The vision at Keyframe is to be known as a highly specialised and grounded, story-based, one-stop creative shop, whilst their mission is to develop communication solutions that would help brands connect with their consumers through human stories. As testament to their success, they have accomplished notable milestones such as expanding and moving to a new office within the third year of operations, and strengthening their leadership team by adding experienced partners who are experts in their respective fields. They have also doubled their manpower from 18 to 37 full-time employees and have been the only independent local agency to be invited to a global pitch against several multinational network-affiliated agencies. In a mere two years, they have been awarded international and local awards for their work with their portfolio of brands.
To keep its competitive edge, the company believes that one must never forget their purpose. Growth is inevitable and the key is to always focus on how to be of service in terms of helping clients succeed while masterfully balancing client demands and manpower supply.
