Foundever® Philippines Corporation (“Foundever®”), established in 2000, is a leading customer experience (“CX”) solutions provider. Headquartered in Luxembourg, Foundever connects brands with their customers nine million times daily in over 60 languages. With a global team of 170,000 associates, Foundever has a presence in 45 countries and serves a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, finance, technology, healthcare, and retail. In the Philippines, the company operates 19 sites and employs more than 40,000 people, making it one of the country’s largest CX employers.

This is exemplified by initiatives like the My Associate Experience (MAX), their voice of the employee program. The company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) strategy encompasses initiatives to protect natural resources, empower local communities, and foster a culture of inclusion. As a participant in the United Nations Global Compact, Foundever is committed to achieving Net Zero by 2050 and adheres to standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and ISO 26000 for social responsibility. Foundever’s site in Cebu, which operates entirely on renewable energy, exemplifies this commitment to environmental sustainability. The site, powered by windmills from Ilocos and solar farms in Negros, has generated significant savings since its launch and serves as a model for integrating renewable energy into business operations.
In the Philippines, Foundever’s commitment to community development is evident through its various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. The company’s Language Academy provides free career training for new graduates, career changers, and individuals with disabilities, equipping them with job-ready skills and increasing employability. In 2023, the Language Academy’s University and Community Partnership program established over 300 partnerships with government agencies, academic institutions, and civic organizations, training more than 2,500 individuals. Approximately 45% of these trainees have become full-time employees at Foundever, reflecting the program’s success in bridging the gap between education and employment.
Foundever’s community engagement goes beyond providing educational opportunities. The company’s nationwide outreach initiatives, such as book donations and school supply drives, are designed to support underprivileged communities. Through a partnership with the Library Renewal Partnership and National Bookstore, Foundever has donated over 8,578 books and received 1,618 pledges for school supplies as of 2024. These contributions help promote literacy and educational access in conflict-affected regions like Bangsamoro, Tawi-Tawi, and Basilan.
The company’s dedication to inclusion and diversity is also a key element of its community-focused initiatives. The Disability at Foundever Employee Resource Group, chaired by Eden Gutierrez, Vice President for APAC and Country Head for China and Malaysia of Foundever, provides a platform for associates with disabilities to connect and grow within the organization. This initiative is part of Foundever’s broader strategy to create a more inclusive environment that supports the development of all associates, alongside Pride and Women at Foundever.
