Joining Foundever in 2019, Gutierrez quickly rose to prominence by transforming the company’s approach to business continuity during the COVID-19 pandemic. One of her most notable contributions was the development of the MAXhub model, which was piloted in Palawan under her leadership. This hybrid worksite model successfully balanced the need for remote flexibility while preserving the capabilities of a traditional office setup. As a result, the MAXhub model became a benchmark for operational resilience and was subsequently adopted across multiple locations globally. Her role extends beyond operations to leading expansion into new markets, such as establishing an office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the first-ever multilingual hub for the company in Southeast Asia.
