His expertise is further reinforced by two Mini MBAs from Neo Academy by CMMU, and he is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Communication Arts at the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC).

Leading a high-performing team of 10, Teeraphol has consistently driven digital excellence, positioning Bumrungrad International among the world’s top-ranked hospitals on social media. Under his leadership, the hospital boasts the highest number of Facebook followers among hospitals globally and ranks among the top four for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. His contributions have earned the hospital and his team more than 50 prestigious awards, both locally and internationally.

Beyond social media success, Teeraphol’s impact is evident in the hospital’s MarTech transformation, which has generated 10 billion Baht in revenue over the last three years, accounting for 30% of Bumrungrad’s total revenue.
