Teeraphol Ambhai also holds two Mini MBA from Neo Academy by CMMU. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Communication Arts at the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC).
Leading and managing a small team of 10 people, Teeraphol Ambhai possesses a high-level of understanding of project management and has a growth mindset that has resulted in world-class social media outcomes such as having the first Most FB followers among hospitals in the world, as well as being Top 4 in the world for the other three main channels ─ IG,Tiktok and YouTube. The hospital and Teeraphol have also received more than 50 awards both in Thailand and internationally.
More than that, his tangible performance in the last three years for Bumrungrad MarTech has led the team with SEO (Organic search) + Paid Search + Social Media to reach 10 billion Baht in revenue (30% of Total Hospital Revenue).

From an experience perspective, Bumrungrad has developed a suite of products to build a comprehensive Healthcare Ecosystem. These include the e-Wallet, which enhances convenience and ensures that customers receive maximum benefits, and E-Payment, which broadens payment options. Such innovations allow individuals worldwide to easily pay for services, bringing them closer to achieving seamless healthcare access. Telehealth has played a pivotal role in propelling the organization forward, particularly during the pandemic. This way they feel valued and keep coming back to it,” he says.
