Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Patra Jasa successfully launched Patra Dumai Hotel and Patra Malioboro Hotel in 2020, ensuring guest safety through advanced health protocols. In 2021, it played a crucial role in Indonesia’s pandemic response by constructing three modular hospitals within 30 days.
Strategic Partnerships and Development
In 2022, Patra Jasa collaborated with the Hotel Indonesia Group to manage The Patra Bali Resort & Villas. Additionally, it began constructing an Integrated Research & Technology Centre Facility, supporting Pertamina’s long-term innovation goals.
