Peerapong Jaroon-Ek, the CEO of Origin Property PCL, has navigated a highly competitive market with determination and innovative thinking. At 39 years old, Peerapong founded the company in 2009 with the goal of being unique, fresh, and innovative in the property industry, competing against established players. Despite starting with limited capital for just one project, the company found success by focusing on areas where competition was lower and larger developers were not interested. Origin Property quickly expanded, and within a short time, they had 10 projects, marking the beginning of their growth story.

Key Milestones and Expansion

Origin Property’s journey has been marked by several significant milestones, including the establishment of Knightsbridge Bearing in 2014, the first high-rise building in a new area in Greater Bangkok. In the same year, the company was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. In 2016, Peerapong’s leadership led to the launch of their first hotel chain in collaboration with the Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) and the rapid sell-out of the Knightsbridge Prime Sathorn Condominium units in just one day. By developing real estate in underdeveloped areas, such as Bearing, Samutprakan, and Sriracha, Peerapong created thriving communities, differentiating Origin Property in the market.

His strong work ethic, instilled during his early years of helping his family, combined with his education—a Master’s in Engineering and an MBA—prepared him to take on leadership roles. By the age of 28, he became CEO, having worked in various roles within the property industry since graduating.
