A 27-year veteran of Nu Skin, Dr. Pakapun (Vicky) Leevutinun serves as President of Southeast Asia and Pacific, overseeing operations in nine countries. She has played a key role in Nu Skin’s geographical expansion and business growth in Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia, and New Zealand.
With nearly three decades of experience in executive leadership, Dr. Leevutinun has continuously set strategic frameworks for future growth. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she turned adversity into an opportunity by accelerating digital transformation and social commerce. Under her leadership, Nu Skin recently launched EmpowerMe, a digital ecosystem that personalizes beauty and wellness solutions through interactive experiences, integrating technology into customer engagement.

A Legacy of Leadership and Impact
Originally from Thailand, Dr. Leevutinun relocated to Singapore in 2015 to head Nu Skin Southeast Asia and Pacific. Prior to this, she was the Market President for Nu Skin Thailand and Vietnam, playing a crucial role in establishing Nu Skin Thailand as one of the top five direct-selling companies in the country. She also served as Chairwoman of the Thailand Direct Selling Association (TDSA) from 2014 to 2016, where she helped shape industry ethics and standards.
In her international contributions, Dr. Leevutinun is an Asia Pacific Representative in the Association Advisory Council for the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA), where she promotes awareness and ethical practices in the industry globally.
Academically, she holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Chulalongkorn University, an MBA from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University, and a PhD in technopreneurship and innovation management from Chulalongkorn University. She credits a combination of formal education and hands-on experience as the foundation of her success.

Dr. Leevutinun believes that leadership is a skill that is developed over time through daily experiences, communication, and collaboration. She draws inspiration from Blake Roney, Nu Skin’s founder, whose mission to be a force for good in the world has shaped her leadership philosophy.
Her commitment to social responsibility is evident in her role as founding chairwoman of the Nu Skin Southeast Asia Children’s Heart Fund (SEACHF), which provides life-saving corrective heart surgeries to underprivileged children. Since its inception, the foundation has saved over 14,000 children’s lives.
Dr. Leevutinun sees giving back to society as the greatest business achievement, ensuring that Nu Skin’s impact extends beyond business success. Her leadership, vision, and dedication to improving lives embody the company’s mission and the Force for Good culture.
