True Corp. Public Co., Ltd. is a Thailand-based telecommunications services provider offering a wide range of digital solutions, including mobile services, internet, multimedia, and pay TV. Founded on November 13, 1990, and headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, True integrates its expertise in telecommunications and digital technologies to create social value and support sustainable development.
The company’s sustainability framework aligns with Charoen Pokphand CP Group’s Three Benefits principle, which prioritizes the well-being of the country, its people, and the company itself. True has dedicated its efforts to improving the quality of life and occupational opportunities for autistic individuals and their families while raising national awareness about autism.

Creating a Better Life for People with Autism
Since launching its Creating a Better Life for People with Autism project in 2014, True has taken a proactive role in enhancing learning and communication for autistic individuals. The initiative introduced a series of free True Autistic applications designed to improve learning capabilities, which have been downloaded approximately 74,000 times. In addition, the company donated 2,229 True tablets pre-installed with these applications to families with autistic children.
The impact of these efforts has been substantial. A total of 1,776 children and 2,500 family members and educators were trained to use the applications. According to a survey conducted among participating families, 70 percent of autistic children improved their learning and daily living skills, while 60 percent of children with moderate abilities successfully followed instructions using the applications.
To ensure continued support, True organizes annual Train the Trainer sessions, equipping instructors and caretakers with updated knowledge and best practices for assisting autistic children.
Expanding Occupational Opportunities
True is committed to empowering autistic individuals by enhancing their career prospects. Through the establishment of 56 Autistic Centers across Thailand, the company provides pre-vocational training in various fields, including office work, computer skills, coffee shop operations, agriculture, sculpture, and job coaching programs. These centers help autistic children and young adults develop essential skills to achieve financial independence.
In addition to training, True has directly employed 39 autistic individuals within the True Group and True Coffee chain. The company also creates income-generating opportunities for autistic individuals by offering media channels for selling their handmade products via True Group’s online shopping platform and two of Thailand’s leading e-commerce websites.
Promoting Autism Awareness
True actively collaborates with the Autistic Thai Foundation to enhance public understanding and acceptance of autism. Through various initiatives such as sports days, autism awareness events, and public service announcements via True Group’s media channels, the company has successfully engaged the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security and the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society to further address the needs of autistic individuals and their families.
A Long-Term Commitment to Inclusivity
True’s initiatives align with its corporate sustainability goal for 2020 to enhance the quality of life for at least 10,000 members of vulnerable communities, including people with disabilities. By leveraging its strengths in telecommunications and digital technology, True continues to create meaningful social impact and foster a more inclusive society.
