Recognition for Sustainability Leadership
Imperial Homes Corporation (IHC) has been recognized by the ACES Awards 2020 for its commitment to sustainability and community development. MORS Group Chief Executive Shanggari Balakrishnan formally announced the honor in an official letter on June 17. IHC Chairman and CEO Emma Imperial expressed gratitude for the award, dedicating it to the company’s employees and sustainability advocates.

A Legacy of Innovation in Housing Development
Established in 1983, IHC has been a key player in real estate development, specializing in leisure villages, middle-income, and low-cost housing projects. Over nearly four decades, the company has built more than 20,000 homes across the Philippines, with ongoing projects in Batangas, Bicol, Cabanatuan, Cavite, and Las Piñas City.
Leading the Green Housing Revolution
IHC stands out as the only developer in the country to integrate solar energy and Connovate ultra-high-performance concrete technology at the community level. These innovations significantly reduce electricity costs while enhancing structural resilience against earthquakes, typhoons, fire, and mold.
A Strong and Diversified Group
The Imperial Homes Group of Companies includes three subsidiaries: Premiere Fiestaland, a real estate developer; Connovate Philippines Inc., a manufacturer of ultra-high-performance concrete precast panels; and Enfinity Imperial Solar Solutions Inc., specializing in solar energy solutions. Through these ventures, IHC continues to push the boundaries of sustainable and disaster-resilient housing in the region.
