Fully Contractor Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1999 and is headquartered in Miri, Sarawak, East Malaysia. The company deals in civil engineering infrastructure and road construction works for the government sector as well as for minor projects for the local councils and private sectors. Over the past 24 years, Fully Contractor has undertaken more than 600 projects and has achieved 70% of the coverage across the Miri Division. With their track record of excellent project achievements, they have started making inroads to more business opportunities and are currently expanding their business to other divisions such as Bintulu, Mukah, Limbang and Lawas.
As with all major projects such as roadworks, such undertakings require extreme scheduling and project management involving all parties to ensure smooth and safe operations while meeting the highest possible quality standards in their delivery. Fully Contractor emphasizes on quality assurance. The company has its own laboratory to validate their products to ensure that every detail meets the required standard for construction. This is to guarantee professionalism in achieving and providing the highest work quality in infrastructure works such as earthworks, construction of drainage systems and roadworks. They also have an asphalt plant and cement factory to manufacture and supply high quality products such as concrete premix, road markings, signage and turfing that meets or exceeds industrial standards.
In 2019, Fully Contractor Sdn Bhd was awarded the ISO 9001:2015 international standard for meeting requirements for a quality management system (QMS) demonstrating their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
