China Life Insurance (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“China Life Singapore”) was established in 2015 as part of the Belt and Road Initiative, marking the company’s strategic expansion beyond China. It operates as the first overseas subsidiary of China Life Insurance (Group) Company, a Fortune Global 500 enterprise recognized for its comprehensive insurance services. The Singapore-based subsidiary is wholly owned by China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited, a leader in life insurance within Hong Kong and Macau, strengthening its regional presence and expertise.

From its foundation, the company has pursued sustainable growth by delivering diversified insurance solutions tailored to the changing needs of customers. A central element of its strategy is a multi-channel distribution system, which includes long-standing bancassurance and financial advisory channels, along with an agency network established in 2020. Following the launch of the agency channel, the company further enhances its distribution capabilities through partnerships with two banks, fifteen financial advisory firms, and eight international brokers. This strategic combination strengthens its ability to offer a wide range of products, including high-value, protection-focused plans, ensuring a balanced development across distribution channels while enhancing its responsiveness to shifts in market conditions and consumer preferences.
